How The Wellbeing Challenge works
The Five Ways to Wellbeing are a set of actions that are shown by research to improve people’s wellbeing. They can’t change our circumstances but building them into our daily lives can help us feel better, no matter what our starting point.
1. Form your team - either friends, family, colleagues, or join one of the 'Random Teams'
If you prefer, you can go it alone.
2. Each week you will be notified about:
- The focus for the week (one of the Five Ways to Wellbeing)
- The challenge of the week (based on that week’s focus)
- If you complete the challenge of the week, you will get an extra 10 points!
4. For extra points complete some of the small ‘standard’ activities.
5. Enter them into The Wellbeing Challenge app.
6. Collect points and improve your wellbeing!
