What do I need to do?

Sign up to the Wellbeing Challenge Web App by following the instructions below. (Please note, it is a web app and can't be downloaded from the Apple store or Google)

Set up your profile - Decide if you want to be seen on the leaderboard. If you prefer to go at your own pace, you can set in privacy mode.

Complete the activities that appeal to you

Start entering activities as you complete them by clicking on 'What did you do?'

Look out for spot prizes for those doing exceptional things!

Most of all, have fun!

Add web app to your mobile
You can also save the Wellbeing Challenge app so it sits on the home screen of your phone.
Apple: Use Safari as your browser, hit the upload icon, scroll across until you find "Add to home screen", hit "Add"
Android: Launch “Chrome” app, Open the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen, Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to homescreen.
