What is The Wellbeing Challenge

The Wellbeing Challenge is a fun and social way to improve your mental and
physical wellbeing and create habits that last. You can participate on your own or in a team of 4 or more competing with other teams. Each week we will give out spot prizes to those doing extraordinary things

How does it work?

Each week a challenge will be released as
well as a number of wellbeing activities based
on The Five Ways to Wellbeing — Connect, Keep Learning, Give, Be Active and Take Notice.

 

Choose from the selection of activities to do. There is something for everyone. Don't feel like you need to do everything! Each week a new set of activities will be released. Record what you did in the Web App.
The act of noticing and writing down what you do will help your wellbeing and helps you to be accountable

to yourself.

 

Complete as many activities as you can and earn points on the leaderboard which will record your individual and team result.

 

Each week, we will announce the leaders and give out spot prizes for those doing extraordinary things!

Mental Health Awareness Week

We are running a special Challenge Mental Health Awareness Week. Instead of the full four week challenge, it will be for 7 days with new activities every day!

Don't worry, if we are in lockdown, we will have lockdown friendly activities.

  1. Register yourself or your team (friends, family, workmates) on this website. (Don't worry, you can join your friends in the webapp if you sign up separately)

  2. One week prior to the Challenge start date, you will receive an email from us with instructions to connect to the web app.

  3. Sign in and get started!
