What is the Wellbeing Challenge?
The Wellbeing Challenge is a fun and social way to improve your mental and
physical wellbeing and create habits that stick. You can participate on your own or in a team of 4 or more competing with other teams. Each day during MHAW we will give out spot prizes to those doing extraordinary things.
How does it work?
Each day a challenge will be released as
well as a number of wellbeing activities based
on The Five Ways to Wellbeing — Connect, Keep Learning, Give, Be Active and Take Notice.
Choose from the selection of activities to do. There is something for everyone with the focus on topping up together. Don't feel like you need to do everything! Each day at 9.00am a new set of activities will be released. Record what you did in the Web App.
The act of noticing and writing down what you do will help your wellbeing and helps you to be accountable
to yourself.
Complete as many activities as you can and earn points on the leaderboard which will record your individual and team result.
Each day, we will announce the leaders and give out spot prizes and awards for those doing extraordinary things!
